Hey Clay offers glazing and firing services to non-members for both bisque and glaze firing.
Important!
We fire to Cone 06 for bisque and Cone 6 for glaze. Your pieces will be fired along with all other pieces. If you need a specific firing schedule/temperature, you will need to rent an entire kiln. If so, please reach out to frontdesk@heyclay.studio.
Firing fees
$0.08 per cu-in for bisque firing
$0.08 per cu-in for glaze firing

How it works - bisque firing
Fill out this form to submit the materials used in your pieces; our techs will review it and email you back with an approval.
Once approved:
On your first visit, a team member will give you an orientation and show you how to submit the pieces.
You will receive email alerts from KilnFire when your pieces are ready. To ensure someone is at the studio when you come to pick up, please always take an appointment here.

Purchase a day pass here and schedule an appointment here. The appointment is so our staff knows when to expect you and give you a brief orientation.
How it works - glaze firing
If you glazed at home, fill out this form to submit the materials used in your pieces; our techs will review it and email you back with an approval. You dont need to fill this form if you glazed at our studio using our house materials.

On your visit, a team member will give you an orientation and show you how to submit the pieces.
You will receive email alerts from KilnFire when your pieces are ready To ensure someone is at the studio when you come to pick up or drop off, please always take an appointment here.
