When is the studio open?

The studio is open Tuesday to Sunday. We are closed on Mondays.

Can I get a studio tour?

Yes! Pick a date and time here and we can show you our facilities.

What are your business hours?

Weekday business hours are 10 AM to 6 PM. Weekend business hours are 10 AM to 3 PM. During business hours, staff will be present. Sales of materials, merchandise and any other in-store transactions can only happen during business hours.

Members have access to Open studio time based on the specific membership (see below).

What are your Open studio hours?

If you are a member, your access hours will be:

  • Unlimited monthly recurring and punchcard members: 12:01 am Tuesday to 11:59 pm Sunday

  • Weekday monthly recurring member: 12:01 am Tuesday to 11:59 pm Friday

  • Weekend monthly recurring member: 12:01 am Saturday to 11:59 pm Sunday

What is included in your memberships?

  • All tools and equipment

  • House clays and glazes

  • Communal drying shelf spaces (no private shelves)

  • Instructor access during scheduled Office hours

  • Each firing charged at $0.04 cents per cubic inch

  • No charge for glaze firing

  • Purchase project-specific specialty clays sold by the half pound

  • 20% off on all workshops (for monthly recurring members only)

  • After-hours access on allowed days

  • Pause or cancel membership anytime!

  • Studio handles reclaim

Do you plan to offer beginner classes?

Yes! Our beginner level classes are an 8-week program called Foundations. We will be introducing our Foundations course in Jan 2026. Sign up here to be the first to know!

Do you plan to offer programming for kids?

For now, our programming will be for adults but we do plan to introduce programming for kids in the future.

Where do I find information on private sessions/events?

Email us at frontdesk@heyclay.studio with your specific request! Please mention number of people, goals for the session, desired technique etc.

The holidays are coming and I need gift cards! Do you offer those?

Absolutely! We will be sharing more information on gift cards soon.
